At Wilde & Woven, we thoughtfully curate each piece with you in mind. We hope you love every item you receive—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of makeup, deodorant, or fragrance
- Returned with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these standards may be sent back to you.

Final Sale
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (including jewelry and hats)
- Bodysuits, intimates, and swimwear

Exchanges & Store Credit
We currently offer store credit only for approved returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be sent via email—ready for you to find something you truly love.

Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 3 days of delivery at contact@wildeandwoven.shop with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
