Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Wilde & Woven is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier issues once an order has been handed off to the shipping provider. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly first using your tracking number.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may incur additional shipping charges if returned to us.
